Relay Season is not too far away - so come September you may be asked to Run In ...North West Relays or Northern Relays, (distance of 5k or 4 miles - 4 man or 6 man teams)

Remember the drills (just 3 to 6 of of them) are the icing on the cake that will prevent injuries by improving your running form.
